    I just repurchased a year subscription, I only used the app for the “improve pronunciation” category and that seems to be gone now. This new update or whatever it is they did just rendered it useless for me. I looked into getting a refund but it is next to impossible. I used to like the app now I just wasted the money.

    Very slow. Silly topics, doesn’t teach you pronouncing words. Don’t believe it . Waste of money . Requested refund and they told me ask apple and apple said it is not eligible for refund. Totally disappointed. Wasted $ 80 for nothing . It is kind of fraud because what they advertised is totally different that what the app doing

  • Lifetime license doesn’t work often. Took months to hear back from customer support.

    Lifetime license purchased in 2023. It stopped to work in 2024. Contact to customer support many times, no response. Finally get an update after 3 months continuous following up. In 2025, license stopped to work again. A few emails sent to customer support, finally heard back over a month.

    Wow. My review has been deleted. These people are actually evil. They take your money and leave you hanging. ELSA team will tell you to talk to Apple customer support, and we all know how that’s going to turn out- apple doesn’t care. My issue will never resolve and nobody cares.

    They force you to complete survey within the app after signing up. They have no right to do that and I’m filing lawsuits and send complaints to BBB.

    This a really bad app to learn English, I had to buy the most expensive plan because I need to improve my English to take my TOEFL test, specially the speaking section and this is fraud because it says for example that in some units there are 22 or 23 lessons and there are only 20. Moreover, some lessons are just to repeat some words, If I would know that those lessons were like that, I wouldn’t spend those 80 dollars in this application that is not helping me Another thing is that I want to speak with the AI and it continues suggesting me to do lessons when I only want to practice random topics I don’t think you guys can give me a refund but you should consider to delete this app because it’s not worth it and I lost my money and didn’t get a goood learning experience

    Why finished courses isnt mark as done or finished? Its so frustraining that you find undone courses by yourself. Also the app has many minor bugs

    Mình mua gói trọn đời, đảm bảo rằng mạng wifi ổn định nhưng 1 năm nay xài app để học rất mất thời gian. Một từ phải đọc đi đọc lại nhiều lần do app không nhận diện được. Tiến trình học rất chậm
