Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     Sweat is an awesome app with a variety of programs that caters to all health goals. It has tremendously helped me. I feel challenged without spending 2 hours in the gym and am never bored. Love how it’s made by women, go us!

    I downloaded this app without high expectations, given the overwhelming number of fitness apps available. However, after exploring its features, I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly well-organized, highly customizable, and designed to align perfectly with personal fitness goals. The app offers a range of options to help you identify and focus on your specific objectives, which is often the hardest part of starting a fitness journey. What sets this app apart are the tailored programs available on your homepage, some lasting up to six weeks, providing structure and consistency. The ‘On Demand’ tab offers quick 45-minute to 1-hour workouts, complete with exercise demonstrations. It tracks your reps and allows you to customize and log your weights, making it easy to monitor your progress. An added bonus? You can sync your Spotify account directly through the app, which is a game-changer! I highly recommend trying the free first week – you’ll quickly see how thoughtfully and thoroughly this app has been developed. It covers everything you need to stay on track.

    I’ve been using sweat for more than 5 years now. There are always new programs and new trainers. It never gets old and there’s always a challenge available to take you to the next level.

  • More workouts accommodating injuries?

    I have really enjoyed using this app even though I have a torn shoulder. I have been doing the workouts with Kayla for I believe 4 weeks now but unfortunately I injured my wrist and knee and can’t seem to find any workouts that will accommodate those. I don’t want to lose momentum but I also can’t do most of the workouts and the “substitutes” don’t make any sense to me. If I put “too difficult” the workouts are still the same just either harder or still using the body parts mainly that I can’t use. I tried substitutions under “low impact” the workouts are still the same. I have to follow an actual low impact person in you-tube for now because she gave me options that I can do. But I’m not paying for her to give me options…I’m paying for this app. I did take a break for a couple of weeks to heal, (sprained wrist and a banged up knee from a fall), no real damage just pain) If someone else knows a better option to work around these injuries on this app please share?

    I can’t even open get the app open with the most recent update. Just stays on the pink screen then crashes.
