    I enjoy using the app. I love that i can switch programs. I wish to figure out how to switch the metric system within the app 🫣🤣 I keep having lb instead of kg and miles instead of km… so if that option doesn’t exist within app - please do add it, or make it more visible for us so we can find it. Also, it would be great if you started adding more 2-3week programs. Thanks for great work!

    Mommas!! I have found the answer! Just a little history to make my point. I’m a momma of 3 that has suffered from diastasis recti, slowed metabolism, working full time, and running a busy household. My youngest is now 5 and I never lost the 50 lbs of baby weight plus the extra 30 lbs due to stress eating and lack of exercise I’ve put on in the past 5 years. I was hesitant to start any major core or exercise programs because I read core exercises can make the diastasis recti worse. I also didn’t have the time or money to go to physical therapy or hire a personal trainer to fix it. I’ve tried gyms and doing exercises I found online to try and fix it but nothing helped. Bringing us to now! I found Kayla’s instagram through a friend and started following her, amazed at how well she bounced back from having her baby girl. Then I found out she had a post-pregnancy exercise program on this app!!!! I figured if someone post pregnancy can do these exercises then myself, someone 5 years post pregnant and completely out of shape, could do them as well. I’ve been doing them for 5 weeks, and I’ll admit I couldn’t do some of the stretches or exercises well in the beginning but now I can! I tested my diastasis recti (google how to test if you don’t know - you can do it from home) and it’s completely gone!!!!! Gone! And I have sooo much more energy, I feel better, have lost 5 lbs, my clothes fit better, and I can keep up with my 5, 7, and 9 year old better than I could just 5 weeks ago. The best part!! She works you in slow and it fits into my busy schedule!! You start off with exercises that are possible, not too hard, and easy to do. The instructions are wonderful, the timing is easy to fit into any schedule, and the equipment is easy to find at Target, Walmart, or Amazon. I have cancelled my gym membership and I haven’t felt this good in 5 years. Thank you Kayla!!! I am a Sweat app lifer!

    I’ve been using this app for years now and I love it. The app has different types of workouts for any level and for any goal you want to achieve. I workout at home, or when I’m at the gym and even I go travel. I can change my workout plan anytime and accommodate for my needs and time. Plus they have a great supportive community with tips and motivation.
