Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     This app is an amazing app that includes anything you’d want from a workout app! The workouts are laid out by body part and tells you exactly what to do for each workout! There are videos showing the moves as well if you are not sure what to do!! The app is even broken down to gym and home workouts so that you can choose what will work for you! The workouts are also laid out for progressive overload as the weeks continue and you will definitely be challenged! There are also many different types of trainers with their workouts! All in all this app could not be any better!! Fantastic workouts and it’s also affordable! I highly recommend this app!

    I love it, I started my workout journey 11/7/23 on my post pregnancy plan and I’m enjoying it so much. It feels personal, it’s motivating, fun, challenging and I can’t wait to see where my trainer Kayla takes me the next few months. Update: 1/10/24 I’ve lost 18 pounds!!! Get it!

    Sweat community is one of the most supportive group of people I have ever seen❤️I love the workouts they offer and I never have to depend on an expensive personal trainer or the gym anymore!!!.
