If I have to pay to know what’s going on, I’ll just watch my local news for Free 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Every time I look to see whats happing in the activity near me nothing shows until a day or two later then they want you to pay to upgrade to find out what happened. So annoying

I don't understand why we have to pay for something that is happening in our community smh
  • Great app, but bug is so frustrating

The app is great. However, sometimes a video will start playing hours after I’ve minimized the app. It’s woken me up multiple times. I have to make sure the app is fully closed before I go to sleep. The sound will play even if my phone is on silent.
  • MUST HAVE!

This app is phenomenal, it doesn’t save/share your info, and it alerts you of all of the vile stuff that goes on not only in your area, but nationally too .. Stuff you’d never see on the news. Definitely keeps people safe and informed. Also has. A lot of cool features to help out if you get in a bad or unsafe situation or need general help. I think everyone needs this app.
  • Inconsistent

Multiple phones in the exact same loca Multiple phones in the exact same location don’t get the exact same notifications of nearby incidents. All phones have the same location settings and notification settings. In short, it’s frustrating that some phones are missing things. It’s like I need more than one phone to ensure I get everything. (That’s assuming everything Citizen is notifying about around me is getting to at least one of the devices.) Would be nifty if that would get fixed.
  • Used to be helpful, now it's useless unless you pay for a subscription.

Won't let me see a thing without paying for a subscription. It used to have at least some free features, not anymore.
  • Pointless

I don’t know if it’s just my location or something that’s the issue but it literally has notified me of absolutely nothing. I thought it would be similar to my PulsePoint app where it shows fire/emt call ins like I can see where accidents are etc. This app is completely pointless.
