Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep! Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest. My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night. AUTOMATIC MODE: Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept. MANUAL MODE: If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed. 1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep. 2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping. 3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up. NOTES: Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

    The app is no longer triggered when I actually fall asleep. It’s being activated when my phone goes into sleep focus on schedule. I’m still awake but the app is recording like I’m sleeping
  • Used to be great until most recent app

    This used to be the best of the sleep, trackers, however, with the most recent update anytime you get up or wake up in the middle of the night it stops tracking. I hope there’s an update to fix that.

    I download this app as I had heard good things about it. First couple of nights great but it turned a corner and is so inaccurate. I will wake up to no detection or I woke up twice for 2 mins when I know I woke up and was on my phone for 30 mins. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and that seemed to fix it for a couple of days and now we are back to no detection. Just going to uninstall and find a sleep app that actually works. 10/7/2024

    With the recent update, you were no longer to adjust your sleep times. You need to fix this as the app is useless.

    I’ve used this app for a long time and when updated watch iOS 10, it no longer records the respiratory rate, and it is in Health. Very odd. Overall have liked the app so will be bummed if it stops working.

    App was great for 4 days however if i wake up amd went back to bed still had me as sleeping but after the 4th or 5th day it stopped working. Its stuck at recording your night sleep

    This is a great sleeping data app that tracks your vitals on top if sleep and the only way it could be better is if he added a sleep dairy to it, but just a suggestion that may already be in consideration? It would help the app be even more desirable than it already is and maybe even a pre-sleep factors as well wouldn't hurt either but either way I love this app and encourage you to give it a try and maybe think about supporting him with the $2 removal of ads so he can continue working to make this app even better than it is already
