Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep! Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest. My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night. AUTOMATIC MODE: Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept. MANUAL MODE: If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed. 1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep. 2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping. 3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up. NOTES: Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

    The Readiness Score makes no sense. It’s a useless feature. Oh well, the app is free. Even the paid for sleep apps aren’t very accurate even if using an Apple Watch. Hopefully someone comes out with a sleep app you can count on being accurate.

    When Sleep++ works, the data is helpful, clear and reliable. However, at least 1/3 of the time the results are automatic so you are not given the specifics of what the app promises.

    Is easy to use. Half of the time this doesn’t even track or it will track 18 hours when you I was only sleeping for 5.

    I have had this app for a couple years now just recently it does not track everyday I use it starting to get annoying!

    Started using this app well over a year ago. I’d say it automatically tracked my sleep maybe 40% of the time. The rest I would have to input myself. Awake times fluctuate wildly - I would wake up during the night and watch tv for hours only to be told I was awake for 10 minutes. Had high hopes for this app but will be looking for a new one.

    Used to be great, once I got my iPhone 16pro max it stopped working. All software is updated, all permissions are allowing, even went as far as purchasing the app. Still zero data being tracked. I want my money back.

    Easy to use app that does it all. Tracks hours of sleep and sleep variability, including stages of sleep, heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen levels. Accurate to the minute on times awake during sleep. Gives you percent readiness score based on sleep quality measures. Can adjust sleep times if needed. Works perfectly with AppleWatch only if you set your watch to sleep to start the app. Been using it for 3 years.

    The data shown is available in the health app. The only analysis by the app is a readiness score, but no deeper analysis provided except giving a score. Sleep temperature not provided. Why look at this app instead of the health app? App needs to help you interpret the data.
