    As I was setting up the cameras the app kept freezing and restarting.

    Works great for ten minutes then dies on my iMac. Totally useless! iPads not much better! This has been happening for over a year so I guess they just don’t care. I will definitely look to other companies for security cameras.

    Ive been using this camera for about 2 weeks. The quality and functionality are great, however.. i cant get notification sent to my phone. So unless im watching non stop, i dont know if anyone has been to my home or if the camera has been triggered. Thats the only issue i have. Everything else has been easy and smooth. All permissions are allowed but no notification since ive set up the camera

    I’ve never once got any alerts to work. With recent updates the app no longer works unless I’m on my home WiFi network- cellular has been disabled? So glad I have access to watch my home…while I’m home.

    Ok so let’s talk. The cameras are fantastic, but my serious question is. I have 4 cameras in total. Do I have to pay each year individually on each camera for storage or can I combine them all together and pay yearly for them all?

    The app itself works fine, but be careful when and where you open it, because it may play a blaring loud ad first… How embarrassing!

    I bought two. The first died the second time I turned it on, I never had a chance to use it or connect it. The second one cannot connect to my network. I have tried every setting, every channel, and even created a separate network for it with a very simple password. It could not connect. User support is useless. I cannot even find firmware for these. Garbage.

    I have a paid subscription to this service. The camera is supposed to start recording on motion, but it doesn’t record consistently.

    Terrible. I haven’t been able to watch a playback for months. I have uninstalled and reset so many times. Every update is adding ads and not fixing problems. I used to love my cameras and this app.
