    After latest update they ruined the display viewing by adding some trash floating navigation bar that doesn’t go away and blocks the view on iPad

    With the latest update, the application now crashes on my MacBook Pro. It used to work fine but now errors out and dies. For the four years before today, it worked fine. Hopefully this will get fixed soon. Also, DO NOT bother with wireless cameras with these systems. They drop off and have to be re-added every day, which requires a reset and re-setup.

    Best version is on year 2017 fast loading and view, after that not best but worst, just updated current version and not working anymore. Do you have any old versions available for old NVR download

  • Can not connect to network

    On the page to choose WiFi, it does not allow me to enter WiFi network. It only give me a button to jump to WiFi settings page. There is no option to select WiFi and return. Useless software.

    Version 3.10.5 crashed immediately. I just updated to version 3.10.6 and also still immediately crahing on my Mac Studio. Sonoma 14.6.1

    We upgraded our security cameras and they recommended changing apps to this app. We try to lower the settings from high to medium click finish and it continually resets it back to high. Can’t figure out how to delete the pictures, not sure how a camera company could recommend this app with it being so buggy and simply does not do like the old app that they recommended would do. Frustrating is the design and all the bugs.

    October 7,2024 The cloud says offline. I am connected to internet and can view my cameras through the app at home on my home internet, but not from mobile internet or any internet outside of my home.
