    Unfortunately, I have to write this review in reference to not being able to stay connected to my phone, laptop, watch and iPad! This has been awful, I pay enough money to stay connected! Am I asking too much for your Tec Department to look into this matter! Please, let’s work together on a solution to solve this WiFi problem! Take care & be safe! 09/13/24 Unfortunately, this company refuses to keep me connected to my devices! This isn’t an occasional problem, this is every day! Okay, you win! 😝 [UPDATE] 11/07/24 7:23am I am still having trouble staying connected with WiFi! This happens all day every day! Would it be possible for someone to look into this? Best regards & be safe! 02/06/25 6:56PM Would you please stop adding devices to my Network! I can do this myself! I called the TEC DEPARTMENT, no one was in the office. So, I left a message to contact me, yes this was today! Would you please unblock my phone! All of this is totally uncalled for, go harass someone else! 03/24/25 3:06pm I very disappointed about having to write another review in reference to not being allowed to connect any of my devices to WiFi! This started yesterday and I spoke with Edith and Joe today all morning! Edith and Joe were very knowledgeable and polite! However, they were not able to correct the problem! They asked me to hold on to speak with Joel, (head Technician or Supervisor)! :-( I have spoken with him about this same issue many times in the past! Unfortunately, he wasn’t very nice, rather rude! Because of his attitude, I asked to speak with Joe again! He said no, so I explained why I wanted to speak with Joe! I had no other choice but to end the call! I still have no WiFi! Would it be possible for someone else to contact me or flip a switch on your side? I am disabled and I have Family Members who have been Abusing me! I really don’t need more stress bye people in your Office that take pride in being rude! Thank you! 03/31/25 7:24m Hello Eero developers! I am disconnected from your app again! Would it be possible for you to connect my device to your Eero app! Please, review my reviews in reference to this on going problem! Also, someone is adding devices to my account and changing what devices I have chosen to use! Please, advise however is doing this to STOP!     I went from a long time spectrum client, to Bluepeak. Install was cake. Techs set this app with great ease. Everything opened, no problem. Day 2/3. App does even open. Call customer support, nothing. Go to app support on here. Issue isn’t listed and just keeps taking me around in circles- no customer support chat or otherwise. Though the internet works great. The app.. I can’t recommend a black screen with the logo in the center as functional.
  • The Ubiquity Dream Machine is a nightmare compared to EERO

    Ubiquity’s dream machine lived up to its name, but not in a good way; it was an absolute nightmare!! Their customer support is terrible and the backend user interface is Quite confusing making my head spin. I returned it and switched to EERO, and made my dreams come true. It’s so simple a caveman can use it.
  • App update blanked my sites

    I don’t understand how an update can’t be tested pre release. None of my sites are appearing in the app as of noon today right after the update. I was logged in this morning. I am unable to use the app to manage my systems.

    This app is great and provides a lot of useful information, but it has some limitations. For example, it doesn't allow you to delete devices. I like to organize my devices and keep only the ones I actively use. However, when I swap out an old device for a new one, the old device stays in the system, and I can't remove it—only block it. The device still shows up, which can be frustrating. On the plus side, the ability to create profiles, view all your devices, and see which ones are online and connected to others is very useful. However, I can’t force a device to connect to a specific one, and often, a device keeps switching between two different devices or has trouble deciding which one to connect to. That said, the ad-blocking feature and the ability to manage your kids' internet usage are really great perks!

    Set up was painfully stupidly difficult. On the 3rd try, it worked. But nothing I did was different. Setting up the second unit was even worse. The unit kept telling that it was too far away to connect, even though it was a mere 8 feet from the signal source. So I just plugged the little effer where I wished originally. I have no idea if I'm getting any benefit.

    It works fine until it logs you out and when you try to log back in alls it does is give you error. I have an account I put everything in correctly but won’t let me log back in.
