    As someone who owns a small Exterior Cleaning business, my CRM Markate is great! I wanted to try jobber because it looked very intuitive with QuickBooks. Come to find out you have to pay extra for these integrations. Also, what the heck you have to pay $120 a month just to add photos onto your quotes that’s ridiculous. Just stick to Markate 😂

    As of the last week mobile push notifications just stopped working for me and my team. Annoying to say the least to have to constantly be refreshing and checking for new tickets. Would rate higher if they fixed that

    No doubt the best CRM for any service based business. Top of the line and so many things to offer. The ability this company has is next level. Give them an inch and they will take you to the TOP.
  • Freezing into the splash screen

    The app is great, but it has a few differences from the web. You’ll need to use both versions to complete a few tasks. That’s really time consuming. App is freezing in the splash screen (I have 6 devices with the same problem).

    Payment processing terrible. Customer support awful. Features extremely limited unless you have the highest tier subscription at an astronomical price. App is loaded with bugs. Can you take a payment and send an invoice? For the most part, yes. So 2 stars not 1

    It’s great in terms of plug and play usefulness- ready to go with default settings and easy set up. Limited in the triggers it allows for Zapier- charges a lot for basic CRM features as extras

    I absolutely love this app but it’s getting worse and worse with every update. I change my light plan to core plan. After that i can not issue an invoice. Yes, i can schedule a job but when i click “send invoice” nothing happens. Another thing I paid for core plan to be able to schedule the job but when i click “schedule” button on the bottom bar of the main menu it offers me to purchase a core plan which i already have and it gives me not access to my schedule. After last resent updates i dont see when the customer looks at the quote and i dont see notifications when the customer signs it

    Does 15 things mostly terribly. Drops the ball at the ten yard line in every segment it works in. Can’t replace even one of my software integrations. Mostly I needed good estimating software. It doesn’t do that well. You can make standardized estimates, you just can’t find any of them because there’s no way to manage templates. So if you have any bundles or commonly associated products you really can’t do much to optimize the time it takes you to create an estimate. Every one is going to take you an hour. Despite the fact that you COULD standardize this if they had a way to find it. Oh it offers a phone number but can’t integrate your corporate phone number. So the extra phone number is sort of pointless for inbound conversations. You can track the location of your field reps, but have no way for them to document their work besides them checking a box saying they did it. Managing images was an afterthought. Making employee and customer accountability an essentially impossible task to manage here. In short it’s not for small businesses and is so rigid in its workflow that it’s also not for large businesses. They need to dedicate more resources to development to actually finish ANY of the modules they’ve built. It’s all half or 3/4 baked.

    This app was always awesome but now I have to reset my phone once or twice a day as the app will not open it just stays in frozen mode and this is a recent thing so please fix ASAP
