    When you can’t test the whole system with the trail so you move forward because they tell you it includes everything you’re looking for. Then the sales person admits they made a mistake saying it includes those feature but then proceeded to trying to sell me on the upgrades. Now fighting to get a refund is even worst. If I was on the fence about trying them again in the future, that just went out the window.

    Update 04-29-2025. I can’t emphasize enough how lousy their customer service is. Copilot is useless. It’s a huge waste of valuable time. There’s no way to give feedback on things that need improvement. Let’s take for example the search bar on the Jobs page. Even though jobs are numbered, if you search for the job number the results will have every address with those numbers in it long before it returns the job with that number. It’s just a huge mess and there’s no place on Jobber to simply give them that information with invoking a time wasting process. ———— They keep adding extra stuff that’s truly useless and in the way of getting work done. They don’t add things useful like being able to set different terms for each client. Because of that I will no longer generate most of our PM invoices through Jobber and we’ll use Square for the payment processing. Square deposits into our bank account the next day instead of making us wait on our money. There’s no way to receive payment for several invoices at a time. You must search for each individual invoice and mark it paid. (Jobber assumes they will process all payments and not all clients pay in that manner.) Try searching jobs for a job number. Example if you type in “#40” you will get every job that has 40 in its address, phone number or any other field. My job #40 will appear several results down from the top of the list returned. Thus the search is useless. The Client Communications report doesn’t reference invoice number. Looking for information when a client claims they never receive things is cumbersome. There should be a column for invoice number. You can’t universally use their email system to send invoices. Clients who use automated systems to receive email invoices can’t use the link provided. The invoice must be attached in pdf for those systems. The default for every invoice sent from Jobber should be to attach the pdf invoice. However Jobber won’t do that because the client might not use the Jobber portal if they do. If you contact customer service you will receive numerous useless emails from them that waste your valuable time. They can’t read a comment and understand it. They have to ask you over and over and over again what you mean. They like it if they can call you and waste more of your time on the phone. The customer service bot is a way to put you off. It’s utterly disrespectful and a waste of valuable time. My techs like the app so we keep it. If they come in complaining about it one day we’ll look for something else. I NEVER want to see CoPilot. It’s a colossal waste of my valuable time.

    Jobber could and should be great but imagine if their developers houses or their office flooded and they couldn’t get ahold of a plumber on the weekend. They’d be irate They’re elitists who think they’re special because they can code. Instead of humble people working with service workers they actually think they’re doing you a favor because they have a skill you don’t have When your app breaks and you can’t bill your customers or message your customers through the app they won’t be available to fix their software. They don’t monitor it over the weekend and don’t have any way of knowing when your customer communications stop working. You will not ever know or be able to trust that any messages between customers are even functional until all your customers call and complain they didn’t get a bid or an invoice They have sales people available all weekend which shows you their priorities but not a single person to fix their app when it breaks Even the sales people can’t get ahold of a support team Your credit card will always be billed on time but you’ll never know if you’re getting what you pay for Each developer should work in the field with their customers so they can actually understand what hard work is like and why field service technicians need their software to be as reliable as the pipes that give these developers their water There’s a giant gap between the hubris of this tech company and the humble clients they’re supposed to serve I’m embarrassed for Sam and what his company has become
