Bought the weather station about a year ago, and now only the bottom right side of the weather station works.

I paid $130 for this weather station kit. To be constantly bothered with ads to upgrade to the premium data storage service is rude, annoying, and makes me not want to recommend the product to friends.

  • Annoying Alerts

The low battery alerts which make the base station in the bedroom beep all night long are very bothersome and there is no way to disable them. There is also now way to tell exactly which of my three sensors has the low battery, but from experience I know it is the anemometer/rain gauge. If these alerts went to the phone INSTEAD of the base station they could be better managed there. Seeing current data from all sensors on a single screen on the phone would be nice. Otherwise I love my weather station.

The software interaction is so antiquated. Not reliable and is not user friendly. Need to re write your code, and actually make it user friendly. Your written instructions are vague and not match effort put into it. Do a better job with your product or you’ll be left in the dust.

I’ve owned Model C84343 in conjunction with this app for three years and I can only describe it as disappointing. First, I have added my Zip Code, yet the temperature forecast is always off by two or three degrees from what NWS forecasts. ALWAYS. Second, I don’t understand when (or where) the graphical forecast on the display is for. Again, I have put my Zip Code in the app and the display consistently displays weather that may happen 12-16 hours in the future (or never.) Would it be too much to display a 3-6 forecast graphic? The app doesn’t include dew point. All I can ask is why? Also on the app, why not include the forecast? Mostly, the whole system is really mediocre and wasn’t designed with forethought or significant extensibility. Quite honestly, I’d skip the purchase of this and just use an app to see what your neighbors’ weather stations report. Those systems at least include dew point.

Needs better update function; maybe on demand. Uptime not great.
