  • Can’t chat in trade

    Traded with some one and it won’t let me chat. I can only use bubble and the chat screen is gray and it says ask your parent to text freely. Please what is happening.and don’t tell me look at daily explorer or go to our website. NOT HELPFUL. Not every kid can just go on the internet. It is not fair that only jammers that can text freely can talk in trade. Please fix this because an has been having a lot of problems in the game. The only thing that is keeping me playing is my pack over grown grove. Tell your solution in the developer response instead of putting websites and the daily explorer. Actually be helpful. - A very annoyed Jammer

    Well this game is good a game except today when i said, "trading my trade list for frack bunnys" the thing said its a "inappropriate conversation" my account was still there so i said "trading my trade list for frankitisn bunnys (cause i didn't want to spell Frankenstein correctly cause I don't want to spend to much time) they it suspended my account for one day. The reason im not rated you 5 stars cause u should probably check the other words around the word the is somehow" inappropriate.. WolfsFor98 Ps: i think you should probably increase your mod cause theirs a difference between people who are trying be bad to the kids and the others who aren't.

    This game is great and all but when my child found the mini games, that’s when I stopped trusting this game. The game is so fun for my kid when she explores the new areas. But when she found the Mini games, she started raging. Like, throwing her iPad and breaking it, having anger issues, and hitting herself. It’s the specific mini game, “Roll!”, that makes her rage, so please, remove the mini game.

    Alright so I see tons of reviews and videos on how people get hacked. Like come on ajhq. The people even take hours of their time to reach out to you and wait weeks for a response and you only respond with something like “we’re sorry to hear that/good luck/not my problem.” This is very unprofessional and rude. Please add a trading history so we can see who we most recently traded. This would be very useful. And please give jammers back their items that were hacked. You literally don’t care about your customers at all. Y’all are money hungry, greedy and selfish. I bet your response will be something along the lines of “ thanks for the suggestions we’ll share it with our team.” OH REALLY?! I don’t think that’s what happens. I’m pretty sure an AI responds depending on what the review says. 😠 Ever since wild works was sold y’all have made this game toxic (yeah it’s my favorite game but there are so many cons about this game that it gets 1 star). Suggestion: so (probably close to around) hundreds of jammers who have alpha tagged items get banned right? So why not redistribute those alpha items to be rediscovered that are in banned players’s accounts so that they can be found again? Because that enables people who can actually PLAY the game to use those items.

    Don’t get me wrong here I love the game animal jam just one problem is just how expensive the animals that you can buy are like the new corgi is 180$ and it would be ok if you got a good amount of the sapphires ever so often but they are so hard to get in the amount of time the animals are even there so it’s just like why don’t they become a bit easier to get more often, ShadowShinx

    I hate that you have to have a membership for everything feels like the whole game turned into a money grab also I hate that you can buy any of greelys clothes or make him ur pack alliance it’s super annoying over all would not recommend this game to anyone that doesn’t have a bunch of money also I’m not sure if I misspelled his name or not

    I recently saw a rewiew that’s said: can we trade gems for saps? That what we NEED! Please do it! Consider it at least AJ! /: even if it was like…100,000 gems for 100 saps! And what the heck with the ads…UGH! Please make it some way to get rid of them. FOREVER. Like you could spend 500 saps and never have adds again, or spend $5.00 and never have ads again!…new thing again. WHY?! I need the velacorapter! But it’s for Money! idea. Can you make pets for gems? Even if it’s expsensive..I understand you need money to keep the game, but please do at least one of these ideas. Update 1: there was this person who called me mean becuase I wouldn’t trade my pet dragon to them for a peice of chlothing! It really hurt my feelings, take off the chat word “MEAN” please. The person calling me mean was…ShadowSkipper… And thank you to someone named Jackolope! He stood up for me. Love~Braveeegoldenspirit update again…Srry people: I think you should add a painting party where you have 5 mins to finish your art, based on a theme. Then you vote which one is best. Who ever wins gets to keep their art for free. And 5 mins might not be enough time. So you should me able to choose a specific time on how long your art will take. And get paired with players who chose around that time, then vote what time us best. TYSM if you do that! That’s somthing I REALLY REALLY REALLY want! Update: AJ you responded. Please take note that in my review I already said how I want to not spend money. Just read the Review a little more. I’ll explain…one more time…can we trade GEMS for SAPS? Two different things. Gems are easy to get. Saps are earned in mini games and from shop.
