This is the crappiest. You can’t track sleep interruptions in real time. Sometimes when you do in retroactively, the app doesn’t let you because it shows something else during that time (yeah, the sleep you forced me to document). They also updated the app recently so you can’t type in the time and have to scroll for the hour and minute. This app was designed by morons and is not easy for real life use.
  • Sleep deprived

I think it’s crazy that it asks you a million questions to tailor to you, and then tells you you have to pay an insane amount of money to get help with sleep. As if being in the trenches isn’t hard enough, preying on sleep deprived parents just looking for guidance is cruel. I’m so disappointed I didn’t even get the opportunity to see what the app was like because it wants you to pay 50$ monthly at a minimum

I like the app and that it tries to adapt to your child’s schedule but lots of features don’t work. I have been trying to change bed time for two days and it doesn’t budge. Still stays at 8 pm no matter what I do.
  • Helpful but LOTS of issues

This app is helpful as far as schedules and tracking but for $50 a month it has lots of issues, including a faulty timer for the coaching part.
  • Huge disappointment!

I don’t understand how this app can cost $34.99/month - there is nothing special about it and it has significant issues, there are multiple other apps that do the same, do it better and cost $7-8. I’m so frustrated and so switching to something else. Some of my personal issues with this app: - once you set goal wake up time, you can’t adjust it (or it’s very inobvious where you can do it, because I couldn’t find it, which is also a sign of the poor UX); - app doesn’t “learn,” it keeps suggesting 2h naps even though my baby hasn’t ever slept longer than 50 min, i.e. it doesn’t personalize the schedule; - you can’t start a nap timer whenever you want, you can only start recommended nap (and only before its recommended end time) or add the nap afterwards when both start and end times are known, i.e. you have to note down the time somewhere else and then add it to the app when baby woke up; - I hate there is no dark theme/mode as I used it at night when feeding or rocking my baby, and it’s like a flashlight even on minimal brightness.

  • Obviously Stupid Design

When you wake up in the middle of the night in response to a screaming child, the only thing you should see is a very large “PAUSE” button… Not one that’s the same size as the button that ends the sleep schedule. Not one that’s the same color as part of the background, making it non-obvious even when the user is fully awake. Not one that can scroll off the screen with the slightest touch. And even trying to figure out how to use this the next day, when fully caffeinated, it seemed stupid and non-intuitive. Seems easy, right? Start sleep. What can possibly be next… hmmm, maybe pause sleep that might be turned into never resuming. So I guess that’s it. Start, followed by stop. If it never starts again, I guess that’s the end. If it does start again, then that was just a pause. So all they really needed to make was a glorified stop watch and they screwed it up. And Mandy… take the hint & get off my phone. If I want you back, I know where to find you. So, yeah… annoyingly, unintuitive stopwatch and a clingy, unwanted Mandy. Just what a sleep-deprived new parent needs. smh

See title. Got too much of my information before I got the cost. Not cool Pampers.
  • Can accomplish this for free

There’s nothing in the paid version that’s actually worth paying for. Logs your kids sleep, times wake windows, and has a timer… Even all of the “courses” are a joke and basically common knowledge or something a quick google could have gotten you. There’s not coaching, consulting, or actually anyone helping you with anything every unless you wanna email “an expert” and wait DAYS for a response which we all know is so convenient where sleep deprivation is concerned. If you’re gonna spend money do Taking Cara Babies. She has mini courses specific to your issues so you ain’t gotta by the whole thing. If I could give this 0 starts I would. Also the app is clunky, slow and appears dated
