    The game is overall very fun, but I agree with the sentiment of most people here. You really do need to spend quite a bit to win especially if you are in an older server- you can be a f2p player only really in a new server and that’s even hard. Additionally, it seems pretty clear they are mostly after money in this game and don’t necessarily care about making the game better or fair. However, what is ridiculous is the fact that customer service is dismissive and that they have been banning accounts. And they’ll ban/block you before you can say or do anything about it. Very uncool for people who put money into the game, you should be able to have a conversation before a ban or block. Hope you get a good server because the people on the server make it much more worth it that the actual game developers. <3

    I had a VIP5 account playing in a server for a friend. King Choice deleted my account and didn’t refund me my money. I deleted game and am a lot happier without it. A user was doxed and the offending player used their real name as their name in the game. When reported the game said no violations were done and to ask the player nicely to change their name. Kingdom chat also spoke about personal information and again the game said no violations were done. Not a safe place to play

    First of all, this is not a game for children. Also, it’s very laggy and glitchy, so do not spend money on this game, you’ll pay for something and you will not get it. I don’t recommend this game. It’s a pay to win game and is not child friendly.

    I would the game a higher rating, but my biggest problem is when going into the dragon island and purchasing dragons eggs and I get one for $4.99. So I have to purchase two. Now that’s a lot of money. Giving people the option to seize your mine after you’ve paid money is a huge problem. I’ve spoken to plenty of players across different servers and off server and a lot of people have decided to stop using this part of the game For this very reason. Please remove this function. It’s not OK.

    I bought a .99 package and was charged $11.47 and bought a 4.99 package and was charged $15. I contacted their support and it was not helpful at all. No refund or items given to me. Be cautious about spending money on this game, they rob people.
