Etsy Seller: Manage Your Shop

I’m not able to sign in y’all need to fix it or I’m sueing y’all’s website

This was a review I put out 2 weeks ago and I want to say I sent 2 emails an none of them have been responded too. What a joke of a company doesn’t even care about there sellers. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Etsy ever since July because that’s when my account got suspended, and I’ve Appealed about 5 times already and have never received a email not even a price of info about what’s going with my account. I have 1000 sitting in there and it’s been over 45 days and they haven’t released or sent me a message and there policy says after 45days your money will be released. This app would get a better rating but they took my money and didn’t even give me an answer back which is terrible because I’ve waited 3 months while they say 2 weeks. This issue has to be fixed or there support team has to be better because my customer service experience is a flat 0. Love this app but hate it for what they did to me.

It’s rare that I ever write reviews unless I’m really frustrated. I’ve just tried to set up my seller account from my laptop. The system won’t process my CC. I’ve tried contacting support without any luck. So, I downloaded this app to see if I can solve the problem that way. The app doesn’t let me log into my account. It keeps giving me an error message “This account does not have a shop associated with it” When I googled the problems for troubleshooting it seems both of these problems are common. I have tried everything to no avail. The entire IT department needs to be fired. I do not think this company is one that I should be doing business with. If I could give this app and this entire company a 0 star , I would. Listen developers, if you can’t develop a decent app or website, just get out of business. You don’t seem to be here for the customers.

Put this app on my phone and random money kept coming out my account!!

I’ve been selling on ETSY for 3 years now with no problems what so ever. The process is easy to list and sell items and the shipping process is simple. If you want to make money on your own, be your own boss and build a relationship with your clients highly recommended opening a shop and selling on the ETSY platform!

I can’t down load the Etsy’s sellers app on my iPhone I can’t down load any apps on my iPhone I went back to my android because my iPhone doesn’t ring anymore But I at least wanted to down load apps . I was talked into getting a iPhone by a Apple agent . It’s true iPhone takes great pictures but I can’t do anything with them

I’m getting 2 messages from the same buyer. Sometimes my messages show up in the consumer Etsy app and not the seller Etsy app. I have no confidence I am receiving all of my messages. Then the feature to send listings from messages in the online platform is missing. Not a fan.

I really miss the old app. This app just ain’t it. For one thing, I can never find my listings. Even if I type a word that’s in the description it won’t show up. Another thing, I’ve already had to contact customer support twice because some of my listings would publish and other wouldn’t. When I asked about it, they said I had to do it on the desk top. If I’m having to edit and publish my listings on a desktop then what’s the point of having this app? It really just makes it so complicated to organize, find and publish listings. (Sigh)

I cannot access this app at all. I’ve used it since it came out & love it, but since the most recent update I will try opening it and it will immediately crash. I’m on an iPhone 13. I did try uninstalling it and reinstalling it on my phone and it still happens. Please please fix!!

Yesterday I went through the process to sell on Etsy. Today they approved my account and charged $15 from my account. After 5 minutes, they permanently blocked me. I have tried to contact them to appeal, but they reject my messages and won't let me log into my Etsy account to appeal. I have already decided not to insist any further.
